The partnership opportunity
This website invites expressions of interest in a potential creator partnership. It is not an offer of employment, a promise of selection, or a completed partnership agreement. Applying, booking a conversation, or speaking with our team does not create a legal partnership, agency relationship, joint venture, or obligation to proceed. Either side may decline to move forward.
Commercial terms and earnings
The proposed arrangement is a revenue-share model in which we fund startup costs and advertising and the creator contributes expertise, content, and coaching. The revenue-share percentage, calculation, expense treatment, payment schedule, responsibilities, ownership, and termination terms must be agreed in a separate written agreement before work begins. No fee is required to submit an application. No income, revenue, profit, or other business outcome is promised or guaranteed.
Your application and conduct
You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement. Provide accurate information and only submit materials you have the right to share. You agree not to impersonate others, submit deceptive claims, upload harmful code, interfere with the website, access accounts or data without permission, or use the website unlawfully. We may decline applications or restrict access for misuse.
Content and intellectual property
Website content is owned by Soph Marketing or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view and use it to evaluate the opportunity, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit it without permission or a legal right to do so. You retain ownership of materials you submit. You authorize us to review and use those materials for evaluating and discussing your application; submitting them does not give us permission to use your likeness in public advertising. Any future content rights will be addressed separately.
Third-party services and privacy

Availability and limitations
